It has been a long time since I wrote my last entry on CCGFORUM.

The explanation is straightforward, we have had very hectic but positively exciting years. We have worked on a unique development both in a diagnostic sense and therapeutically. Soon I intend to share something about it on this blog. I want to share some memorable experiences regarding gluten, bread and health. Due to the increasing interest from abroad, I will also post in English now and then.
